The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds. For example, if you receive a ৳10,000 bonus, you must wager ৳150,000 before making a withdrawal.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
- Wagering contributions may vary across specific games when betting with bonus funds.
- Only deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are eligible for bonuses.
- Attempting to take advantage of bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program
The goo11 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on your consistency of play and engagement with the platform. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback funds.
5. Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
goo11 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is completely independent of previous results.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:
